By using Trackr you agree to these terms. Trackr is operated by Nuxo Tech Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 17122508).
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Trackr.
What Trackr provides
Trackr displays live UK fuel prices and supermarket basket price comparisons. Prices are sourced from official government data and publicly available sources. Prices may vary slightly from actual pump or shelf prices and can change between the time we fetch them and the time you arrive at the station or checkout.
Accuracy
While we use official data sources, Nuxo Tech Ltd cannot guarantee that prices displayed are always accurate or current. Always confirm prices before making purchasing decisions. Trackr is a price discovery aid, not a price guarantee.
Intellectual property
Trackr, including its name, logo, and UI, is owned by Nuxo Tech Ltd. Price data sourced from government APIs is used under the Open Government Licence.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nuxo Tech Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate price information, journeys taken based on app data, or any other use of Trackr. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
