Data retention
Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or the product launches and you opt in to further communications. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months to maintain conversation context.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@nuxo.co.uk.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@nuxo.co.uk and we'll action your request within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Data breach procedure
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours as required by UK GDPR Article 33, and notify affected users directly without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights.
